As the assistant editor for the Good Housekeeping Institute, I research, write and report all original content that comes from the one-of-a-kind testing facility. I also regularly contribute to several other departments including health, travel and family, as well as Prevention magazine and goodhousekeeping.com.

I provided support for GH Institute director and the scientific team. I also worked directly to support GH's consumer advocacy initiatives, producing a number of investigative pieces for our print and digital platforms.

I provided support for the entire editorial team, through tasks including transcriptions, research, and administrative duties. Aside from my editorial duties, I also worked with the web team to produce original content for redbookmag.com.

The annual magazine is based in Seville, Spain. I conducted research for four months and produced a historically-driven, investigative piece published in both English and Spanish. My story explored the education of girls during the dictatorship of Francisco Franco and included first-person testimonials.

Cosmopolitan Magazine; Accessories Intern

During my time as the accessories intern I was responsible for all incoming and outgoing samples, organized through a comprehensive photographic system. I also often acted as representative of the Accessories Team to preview upcoming collections.
